INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING VIRGINIA TITLE COMPANY CLIENT AREAS

 

SEARCH ORDER/TITLE INSURANCE REQUEST

 

This form should be used to send us a Search Order.  The search can be for title insurance or title reports.  Fill out the form completely.  When you hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form, the Search Order will be sent to our Search Department and printed out on our main printer simultaneously.  In addition, at least two managers are also notified of your order at the same time your request arrives in the Search Department.  Listed below is a brief description of each field in the form:

 Name Your name (the person ordering the search)

 Company/Office The company you represent

 Phone Your phone number

 Fax Your fax number

 E-mail Address Your e-mail address where we can contact you about this order

 Date requested The date you would like to receive the completed order

 Type of Search What type of search are you ordering

If you need to get a message to a member of the Virginia Title team, simply go to the E-MAIL US page and click the e-mail address of the person you need to contact.  Your e-mail window will come up on your screen ready for your input.  Within minutes after you click "send", your e-mail message will appear on our screen for our immediate attention.  If we are out of the office, it will be waiting for us when we return.  Either way, you have the satisfaction of knowing that the person you are trying to reach actually received the message.  Plus, it gives you a method of tracking all your communication with Virginia Title Company.
